Everyone has experienced this at least once in their lifetime. You engage in some sort of business with a company, expecting to get something out of it. Instead, the company pulls a fast one and takes your money without giving you the proper product or service in exchange. You feel that there's nothing you can do about it for whatever reason (i.e. the company is well-known and already dominant). Well, now you can do something about it by helping others not to fall into the same trap. You can also, at the same time, "get revenge" by preventing the company from getting even more undeserved business. Isn't it time that companies started doing what they promise to do?

Don't let the "big guys" run all over you! Even if it's just to vent or to feel better by telling someone, you will be helping many others!
